Dr Paula Pérez Sobrino is visiting the Psycholinguistics Lab at the University of Nottingham Ningbo until the beginning of December 2016 , which is one of the official research partners in EMMA. She will conduct a number of experiments on viral advertising and will collect data from Chinese students, postgraduates and staff members at UNNC. Dr Paula Perez-Sobrino and Prof Jeannette Littlemore showcased their Marie Curie project, ‘Exploring Multimodal Metaphor in Advertising’, at the ‘Science is Wonder-ful! –European Researchers’ Night’ event in the Parlamentarium in Brussels on Wednesday 28th September 2016. This event encourages European researchers to take to the streets to inspire and challenge people of all ages through science and technology. Great success!
